All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom portrait may take 30 to 90 days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping times are determined by the carrier(s).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom created art is ineligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
